BASEBALL!!

And now on to Jaden!  Our little (well getting big) Jaden has taken up baseball!  He started back at the beginning of March and his first game Monday, March 7th.  He had a few practices before that and the first practice was a little rough as Jaden had never really thrown a baseball.  Luckily, he and Daddy had been out hitting wiffle balls for a while so he got pretty good at hitting.  The had 3 different stations...hitting off a tee, throwing, and catching in the first practice.  There was a little goofing off, but not too bad.  If you remember, last year we tried soccer and it was an epic failure!  This time, he came home after an hour and half and was so excited to tell me he stayed the WHOLE time!  He's been just as excited almost every game and practice.  Of course, we've had a few issues because and hour and a half twice a week seems to be a little too much for him.  I just love to watch him play because he seems to be having so much fun and he's so stinking cute out there!!  He's gotten better and better each week and his game two days ago he had a hit every time up to bat WITHOUT the tee!  That's a big deal because as they've been working on form he hasn't been able to hit as well as he used to, but he is really improving and having so much fun!  I won't post much more because Daddy knows all the "stats" so you can expect another post on baseball from Daddy very soon!
