A Christmas Program (and party)

Earlier this month, we had our annual Christmas program at the Rainbow Garden preschool.  It was a little sad thinking that this is the last year for this.  Jaden started at Rainbow Garden when he was 3 so this was our 4th year and Brynna's last!  Next year, both of my babies will be in Elementary school.  I digress...so the Christmas program.  Brynna had been practicing for weeks and running around singing her little heart out.  She did great!  I have to believe that she is going to be a performer one day because she is not shy at all on stage and L.O.V.E.S. to sing and put on shows at home.  This year they performed 5 songs/poems.  It was quite a lot for 4 year olds to remember but they did great:
  • Hark! The Herald Angels Sing
  • Christmas Pray
  • Glory to God in the Highest/Angels We Have Heard on High
  • Rejoice
  • Jingle Bells

That little guy next to Brynna is Hudson.  He is so stinking cute and they are quite the little pair!  Hudson is Brynna's "boy"friend! :
A little wave to Daddy and then after the performance we got to have cookies and punch and get a quick picture with Ms. Flor.  Ms. Flor was Jaden's VPK teacher too.  I think the end of the year will be a very sad time for me! :)

Earlier this week (Wednesday), I got to go in to Brynna's class for her Christmas party.  The kids are always so cute and excited to have the parents in the class.  They got to make a special craft (ornament), English muffin pizzas, play with playdough and of course Ms. Flor had some goodies for them.  I got to read the Jingle story to the kids and they loved it because many had not heard of Jingle before and every time he barked, their eyes lit up!  It was great...I really should do that more often!

Today I get to go to Jaden's class for his Holiday so stay tuned...
