The Wolf Cub Prowl is the one fundraiser that we participate in at the kids school! It's great because the kids run outside and we go run with them. This was the first year that the kids were at different times which made for a long hot morning.
Brynna was thrilled to be out there! On occasion she would just want us to stand while she ran a lap all by herself. She even had a little time with one of her old Kindergarten friends. So cute! In all she ran 8 laps, which I think is pretty impression for that little body.
Then there is Jaden! God love him...we don't have as many pictures because it was rough going! He was there an excited at the start, but then we watched his entire class come by on their first lap and no Jaden! We kept watching and then we see him coming from the other direction from the health tent with an ice bag and his shoe off. He claimed he hurt his foot right when he started! After that quick break he ended up getting in to it. Of course, he HAD to beat his sister so we worked hard and he ended up with 9 laps!
It was a HOT day so Mommy and Daddy were more than ready to go home to the A/C!
