Oh my poor baby girl! She can be so rough and tumble, but a few weeks ago (May 11th) she had a crazy spill while FIGURE SKATING! She was so brave! Everyone she came across commented on how big and brave she was. No tears or noise at all while getting 6 stitches! Luckily it's on her chin underneath!
7 days later, it was time to take the stitches out. Well, it wasn't ready. After the doctor removed 3 stitches, the wound started to pull open again. EEK!! So she had to keep the stitches in for 3 more days with some sort of derma tape stuff keeping it closed.
The good news is, it's healing nicely. Time for Mederma!!
