New Season...Same Team

After Jaden's rough summer with the knee injury, he's playing out for the first time on full ice!  He was excited (and nervous)!  Coach Ken asked Brynna to skate up this year which mean the two were in the same league!  OF course we asked if they could be on the same team much to Jaden's dismay.  We got our wish!  The both made the Bruins team (we'll just pretend they are Steelers colors)!

They both played well!  Jaden was gassed from skating so hard, but he had a couple of breakaways and few shots of net and some very good defensive play.  It was fun watching him skate out.  Brynna did a great just too...she's such a little bit out there, but she can really hustle!  Jaden played center most of the 1st and 3rd periods and was on defense most of the 2nd.  Brynna moved around some too. It was very cool to see them both on defense together!

Today Jaden plays another game with the more skilled players in the league...we'll see how he does with the big dogs!
