Spring Break...in Indiana?!?!?

This year the Scott family decided to take our spring break in...INDIANA?!?!?

Yeah that seems off and a bit reversed, but it was perfect for us!  Our first stop was Indianapolis to visit Mommy's dear friend Maigen!  It was been forever since we got a proper visit and we got to meet this little guy, Kane! As you can see, Brynna pretty much fell instantly in love!  It was a great visit the first night with kids then Gordon took the kids for a few hours so we could have a proper visit!  That night we went to downtown for dinner with Aunt Ashley and her beau!  It was a nice dinner but all too short.  We had to say our goodbyes and head back to hotel.

The next morning our kiddos got to see their first snowfall (yes, on spring break)! The thought it was great...until they went out in it then they thought it was FREEZING!

After that it was off toBloomington to visit Grandpa Robling.  He lives in the"woods" according to the kids (and me) up high overlooking a lake so that was a neat yet scary ride!  Once again we didn't stay long because all of our trips up north require many stops!  We got to look around, visit the dogs and we even got to spend some time with Aunt Courtney, Jackson and Noah!  We always LOVE to visit with cousins.

Then, off to Columbus, IN! Uncle Boogs (a very dear and old friend from college) has been coming to visit us every year for12 years and we thought it was time to head to his place! The first night we had dinner and drinks all together!  The next day we hit a few highlights in downtown Columbus including a cool children's place...can't remember the name, but the kids (and Gordon and Uncle Boogs) loved it! That night we had a nice "adult" night out on the town.

The next day was off to home sweet home!  Always a whirlwind, but I don't know what we would do with ourselves if it was any other way!
